Society is yearning for intimate connection. We are asking “what is my divine purpose?”
AND, in the same breath, we have massive fractures in trusting ourselves and others.
Our nervous systems are imbalanced as we live in society of constant doing, leaving us feeling unsafe in our own bodies.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BUILD ON A FRAGMENTED FOUNDATION
Foundations for Sacred Relating uncovers what is blocking us from magnetizing the relationships we want in our lives – with ourself and with others — through alchemizing the internal cracks of each layer of trust, safety, intimacy and desire within. Our framework is both a hierarchical and cyclical process.
Our immersion aligns our external reality through the mirror of our inner world. We clean up the stories we have told ourselves in order to come into our own truth.
In our six week immersion, we will stregthen our foundation and:
Identify and clear internal blockages to trusting our intuition
Open a pathway to trusting in the natural flow of this benevolent universe
Cultivate safety internally and externally by attuning to neutrality
Clear the space to intimately hear and see yourself
Come into clean desire while releasing attachment to the outcome
Gain deeper clarity of what “purpose” means to you

Why SACRED Relating?
It is the recognition of the extraordinary in each of us, creating an opening for deep reverence of our human connection.
This framework is rooted in Jungian Architecture, Modern Attachment Theory and can be found as a thread through the great mythos of our time.
These four foundational pillars of trust, safety, intimacy and desire are well-studied and trusted as a structure of relating to oneself and others.
TRUST
Our journey begins with Trust as the foundation.
Trust within our own intuitive wisdom and trust in universal flow are essential elements upon which the other layers are built.
Rooting trust is vital to fully embodying safety, intimacy, and desire.
SAFETY
We progress to the layer of Safety, once Trust is renewed — cultivating a sense of security within our bodies and environments.
As we solidify our feelings of safety, we naturally transition to the layer of Intimacy.
INTIMACY
Intimacy is synonymous with vulnerability— truly seeing and being seen.
“In-to-me-i-see."
We see the truth of our essence in order to be authentically seen in the external reality.
Once Intimacy is established, we ascend to the realm of desire.
DESIRE
In is the culmination of our journey, when we are fully expressed in the acceptance of the light and the shadow of self — we are able to step into pure Desire, which is co-creation with Spirit. We clean our relationship with Desire, and upgrade to an effervescent state of being through non-attachment, patience, and neutrality.

How are the sessions structured?
Each two-hour session functions in segments which include guided meditative states, group work, partner work, music and breaks. Aru’s role is to present a concept and provide a doorway for you to access your own information.
I am afraid of being vulnerable around strangers and in a group. Any pro-tips?
I invite you to validate the fear and offer compassion to yourself. Fear is a messenger- what message does it have for you? Group work is a super accelerator for our own growth. The group is a mirror reflector offering access into personal blind spots.
What if I am unable to make this live for all or a portion of the time?
All sessions are recorded and sent out within 24 hours.

Aru realizes her service through a versatile range– including group masterclasses, individual intuitive guidance sessions, collaborative projects and speaking engagements.
