The Art of Inner Union is a highly tuned framework that accesses and integrates the internal synthesis of Trust, Safety, Intimacy and Desire.
By realigning with these four foundational pillars of relating to oneself and others, we are able to create a solid foundation for a new internal and external reality to emerge.

When we experience an EXTERNAL lack of safety, intimacy or desire, there is an INTERNAL break in trust.
By identifying and clearing these blocks, we step into alignment and relate to our internal and external world through an upgraded frame.
The Art of Inner Union is a framework for relating to oneself and others. It is well studied across multiple modalities, and rooted in Jungian Architecture, Integral Parts Theory and can be found as a thread in the great mythos of our time.
TRUST
Our journey begins with Trust as the foundation.
Trust within our own intuitive wisdom and trust in universal flow are essential elements upon which the other layers are built.
Rooting trust is vital to fully embodying safety, intimacy, and desire.
SAFETY
We progress to the layer of Safety, once Trust is renewed — cultivating a sense of security within our bodies and environments.
As we solidify our feelings of safety, we naturally transition to the layer of Intimacy.
INTIMACY
Intimacy is synonymous with vulnerability— truly seeing and being seen.

Once Intimacy is established, we ascend to the realm of desire.
DESIRE
In is the culmination of our journey, we clean our relationship with Desire, and upgrade to an effervescent state of being through non-attachment, patience, and neutrality.

Our two day immersion functions in segments which include guided meditative states, group work, partner work, music and breaks. My role is to present a concept and provide a doorway for you to access your own information.
FAQs
Hours on Zoom feels like a lot! I do my best to ensure the energy is engaged and moves smoothly. My role is to guide using multiple modalities for you to arrive within your own wisdom. Our immersion is an experience to be felt. It is not a lecture. From previous experience in group facilitation, time flies when we are together.
I am afraid of being vulnerable around strangers and in a group. First, I invite you to validate the fear and offer compassion to yourself. Fear is a messenger- what message does it have for you? Group work is a super accelerator for our own growth. The group is a mirror reflector offering access into personal blind spots.
What if I am unable to make this live for all or a portion of the time? All sessions are recorded and sent out.

HEATHER LEVINE
Heather specializes in attunement to clarity in the present moment through her gift of intuitive clairvoyance and energy body mastery.
Through an ongoing study of spiritual-scientific alchemy, Heather guides individuals to identify and release the programs of the past to set themselves and future generations free. She is exceptionally passionate in her work with parents, parents-to-be, and with those that imprinting the next generations.
She brings her 13 years of practice with world-renowned facilitators and mentors in both eastern, western and indigenous modalities into the creation of her bespoke bodies of work.
Through her role as an embodied facilitator she empowers individuals to create an upgraded way of living grounded in trust, devotion, and play. She leads from the heart with neutrality, acceptance and compassion.
In addition to writing and creating unique group offerings, Heather is the visionary and founder of The Lila Co, a platform for reimagining the script of how we choose to birth, live in community and educate newly incarnating souls and their care givers. Becoming a mother herself continues to be the greatest gift of all time.
